Founded in 1994, The Friends U Need is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals re-entering our communities. We stand with those facing obstacles, offering guidance, resources, and hope because everyone deserves the chance to build a meaningful life. We exist to equip individuals with the tools they need to thrive. Through employment readiness, life skills, leadership development, and community support, we help people move forward with purpose and pride.

SIMULATED HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS
Simulated Heavy Equipment OperationsWe provide hands-on, simulated training in heavy equipment operation—introducing youth to real-world skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Through this experience, participants build:
